What We Do
Utilizing a multi-pronged approach that combines integrated software and dialer strategy with consistent outreach and responsive customer service, our Enrollment Management team converts a request for information into matriculation into Arizona Online through our various educational opportunities.
How it Works
- Request for Information (RFI): Prospective students and learners submit a request for information through various channels, most commonly the RFI.
- Slate: RFIs create a prospective student record in the Arizona Online Extended instance of Slate.
- Genesys Cloud: RFIs that provide a phone number in a 10-digit format are automatically sent to Genesys Cloud, a cloud-based dialer, for phone outreach via dialer campaigns.
- Email: We utilize a special form that allows students to identify as international students or students that prefer email-only outreach.
- SMS Text: Prospects can opt into and out out of receiving text messages. Text messages are used as 1:1 communications with their dedicated Enrollment Counselor for application updates and questions. They are also used to highlight important dates and deadlines.
- Same-day contact: Phone and email outreach begin the same day as information is requested. During business hours, new RFIs receive a call within 3-5 minutes.
- Enrollment counseling: After initial contact with a prospect, our team calls, emails and texts them to discuss and nurture their interest in, and fit for, enrollment. Recruitment outreach is always scheduled around the prospect's availability.
- Application process: Enrollment counselors identify and guide prospective students and learners toward a completed application, encouraging the submissions of all needed materials.
- Admission: Once admitted to Arizona Online, we guide students to complete the onboarding checklist and submission of any necessary financial aid materials.
- Matriculation and enrollment: Enrollment counselors help students connect with academic advisors and Student Engagement Specialists and encourage them to enroll in classes and plan for future terms.
Timeline: It takes approximately two-three months from RFI to Enrolled.
Our Results
Arizona Online has witnessed steady growth in enrollment from 2,936 total students in 2018 to reaching the milestone of 10,000 total students in Fall 2024.
