Arizona Online is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Salata as the new Director of Student Success. Bringing over a decade of experience in student engagement, enrollment management, and program innovation, Salata will lead the unit’s efforts to enhance student persistence, engagement, and degree completion.

Since joining the University of Arizona in 2014, Salata has been a passionate advocate for student success and community-building.
