Alison Doran

Alison Doran is a Quality Assurance and Staff Development Coach at Arizona Online, bringing six years of experience in student support and team development. Following a successful 25-year career in the restaurant industry—including everything from catering to management—Alison embarked on a second career after earning her Bachelor’s in Human Services from the University of Arizona at age 48. This transition reflects her passion for growth, people, and purpose-driven work. She now channels her diverse background into coaching, staff development, and quality assurance. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, four children and granddaughter, especially when cooking or vacationing near the water.
