Bonnie Taylor serves as the Senior Director of Business Operations for Arizona Online at the University of Arizona, where she leads the strategic planning and execution of financial, administrative, and operational functions in support of the university’s fully online campus. With nearly 15 years of experience in higher education administration, she brings a proven ability to align business operations with institutional goals, optimize resource use, and foster collaboration across academic and administrative units.
Bonnie is known for building strong cross-functional relationships and navigating complex systems with clarity and purpose. She has led the development of integrated budget models, streamlined internal processes, and strengthened interdepartmental partnerships that enhance the student experience and advance the university’s digital learning mission. Her leadership is grounded in transparency, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to operational excellence. Bonnie began her career at the University of Arizona in 2010 and has held progressively responsible roles focused on finance, online education, and academic program support.
She holds a Master of Public Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, and a certificate in Organizational Development.
