Grace Fenlason

Grace Fenlason is a Program Coordinator at Arizona Online for the Learning Programs team where she monitors and reviews the schedule of classes year round to track student enrollment in Arizona Online courses, ensuring both course availability for new and continuing students. In this role, she collaborates with department schedulers, RCS, Office of General Education, and UCATT regarding course developments to ensure planned courses are scheduled correctly and in a timely manner, and to expand our class offerings. Grace also works hard to troubleshoot student course needs as well as developing and maintaining project management tools for the team. She assists the team in all scheduling needs and through the program onboarding process. Outside of work Grace is completing her master's degree in Legal Studies, working on a Pilates teacher training, and spending time with her demanding cat.
