Heather Brown

Heather Brown serves as a Coach for Arizona Online, where she mentors and supports Enrollment Counselors across multiple roles including Senior, Core, Graduate, and Corporate. In this role, Heather conducts regular coaching sessions, provides feedback, evaluates call quality and customer service, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures. She also offers guidance on pipeline management, assists with student concerns, participates in hiring efforts, and collaborates on new hire training programs. With over seven years of experience at Arizona Online, Heather brings extensive knowledge and leadership to the team, contributing to key initiatives and supporting continuous improvement. Outside of work, she enjoys watching Diamondbacks baseball, movies, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with family and friends.
