Jacob Walls

Jacob W. Walls serves as the Assistant Director of Online Recruitment at the University of Arizona. In this role, he oversees the daily operations of the Recruitment and Enrollment team, collaborates closely with university departments, monitors recruitment trends for Arizona Online, and works to develop strategic solutions in partnership with the Director of Enrollment and Recruitment. He also provides leadership and support to the Enrollment Counselor Managers who guide the broader counseling team.

Since joining Arizona Online in 2015, Jacob has held a variety of roles including Enrollment Counselor, Corporate Academic Partner, Senior Corporate Enrollment Partner, and Enrollment Counselor Manager. Before joining the university, he worked as a Business Manager and served in the U.S. Navy. Jacob earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing a graduate degree at Northern Arizona University.
