Having graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with Phi Beta Kappa membership, he was selected as the inaugural Arizona Online Champion. Javier is dedicated to promoting the ideals and benefits of Arizona Online and is committed to using a holistic approach that focuses on collaboration, clear communication, and meaningful engagement at every stage of the enrollment process.
