Joe Embacher

Joseph Embacher serves as the Lead Student Engagement Specialist for Arizona Online. As a Student Engagement Specialist he is here to help students persevere and reach their goals by answering general university questions, giving guidance on goal setting, and discussing academic success topics like time management and organizational skills. As well, Joseph helps non-degree seeking students navigate enrollment in courses. Joseph has worked at the University of Arizona since 2008 and has focused his work with Arizona Online students since 2015. He obtained his master's degree in Higher Education from the University of Arizona and a bachelor's degree from Muskingum University. Outside of his professional role, Joseph enjoys coaching his kids in hockey, running and spending quality time with his family.
