John Chandler

John Chandler is a Enrollment Counselor for the University of Arizona Online. They provide active and prospective students with their first person to person contact with the university, helping to lay the groundwork for the student's academic goals and guide them on their path to enrollment with the University and beyond. They are a graduate of the University of Arizona, with an degree in Sustainable Built Environments and a Master's in Public Administration. Prior to their career in higher education, John worked as a community counselor and employment specialist as part of a local behavioral health organization, providing mental health counseling, case management and other human services to the disabled and neurodivergent populations with Tucson. They have a passion and regularly practice illustration and character art, and plan to return to school for a doctoral program within behavioral health, aiming to work as a licensed clinician practicing art therapy.
