John Kramkowski

John Kramkowski serves as Director of Learning Programs for Arizona Online, where he leads the development and deployment of both credit and non-credit offerings, including professional education, workforce training, and academic pathways. His team works closely with university colleagues and external partners to align programs with institutional goals around innovation, access, and learner success.

John brings 20 years of experience in education, spanning K-12, community college, and university settings. His work at the University of Arizona has focused on aligning academic programs with institutional priorities, while strengthening pathways from K–12 through postsecondary education. His career has centered on designing responsive learning programs and guiding teams through collaborative planning, including in his current role at the University of Arizona. He’s committed to building inclusive, learner-centered programs that create meaningful pathways for students. Outside of work, John enjoys trail running, volunteering with animal rescue organizations, and spending time with his dogs.
