Justin Keyston serves on the Recruitment & Enrollment team as the Online Assistant Director of Communications & Data Management. His position oversees all the communications, data management systems, and reporting within the Online Recruitment & Enrollment team. He supervises two online coordinators that operate the daily tasks of functions of online systems supporting the Enrollment Counselors and a Data Analyst in charge of all reporting aspects for the Recruitment and Enrollment team. With a strong command of tools like Power BI, Excel, and Genesys Cloud, he has contributed to improving operational insights, student engagement strategies, and performance tracking within organizational environments. He is known for his ability to translate raw data into meaningful reports and visualizations that drive decision-making. He has successfully developed and deployed several Power BI dashboards that streamlined reporting workflows and improved strategic visibility across departments. He's led initiatives involving enrollment online analytics, resulting in measurable service and increased student recruitment efforts. Justin has implemented advanced logic in Genesys Cloud Architect to optimize customer journeys, including auto-disconnect flows and voicemail routing improvements, and demonstrated initiative in cross-functional collaboration by bridging the gap between IT and business users through well-designed data tools and training. Justin has a keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly around cloud-based communications, digital transformation, and self-service analytics tools.
