Kristina Giovannucci

Kristina Giovannucci serves as Assistant Director of Quality Assurance and Staff Development for Arizona Online. They have been instrumental in the creation and implementation of Enrollment Counselor new hire training, coaching, and staff development. Kristina maintains a robust SharePoint site with resources for undergraduate, corporate, and graduate Enrollment Counselors. She also oversees a team of Quality Assurance Coaches that meet one on one with Enrollment Counselors to establish quality standards for the recruitment team. 

Kristina has a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth, and Community Science from the University of Florida. With nearly a decade of experience at Arizona Online in multiple roles including Interim Director of Recruitment, Kristina brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong commitment to employee and student success. Outside of work, Kristina is the Secretary for Tucson Off Road Cyclists and Activists (TORCA), a local nonprofit that partners with the Forest Service to build and maintain trails in the Santa Catalina Mountains. She enjoys mountain biking and spending time with their partner, Nick, and pitbull, Charlie.
