Neda Fletcher

Neda Fletcher is the Assistant Director of Academic Programs & Strategic Initiatives at Arizona Online, bringing six years of experience in higher education. She leads program development efforts that expand access to high-quality online education. 

With a Master's degree in Human Rights Practice, Neda brings a strategic student-centered approach to program development focusing on expanding access to high-quality online offerings that meet student demand, align with workforce needs, and support long-term academic and professional success.

Through close collaboration with campus partners, she helps design and support programs that reflect both institutional priorities and the changing needs of today's learners. Outside of work, Neda is involved in community volunteer and service activities. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and proudly serves as an Uber driver to her kids.
