Timothy (T.J.) Fisher

T.J. Fisher serves as the Student Experience Strategist for Arizona Online. He is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of co-curricular student experience programming for Arizona Online learners, designing and evaluating scalable experiences in collaboration with various university units. T.J. holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and has led student engagement initiatives at Pima Community College, including the development of a virtual community space, peer mentor programs, and interactive workshops. He collaborated with stakeholders across the institution to create new resources for online students, working closely with faculty to enhance engagement through the analysis of student data from course-embedded platforms. T.J. loves to hike, bike, and travel--during the summer, you’ll often find him on Mt. Lemmon enjoying the cooler temperatures.
