W. Scott Aldridge
W. Scott Aldridge is the Program Manager at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Arizona (OLLI-UA), a member-run, volunteer-led community learning program for adults 50+. OLLI is a vital, healthy aging program in disguise, keeping participants engaged mentally and active socially. In this role, he is responsible for the administrative oversight of the program, which offers over 500 classes to more than 1,200 members annually. Scott is a mission-driven, forward-thinking leader with 23+ years of progressive non-profit management experience in program administration, development, operations, marketing, finance, and technology. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Arizona, with dual degrees in Entrepreneurship from the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and an emphasis in Spanish language studies. He is also a social entrepreneur supporting cultural artists from Mexico by selling their art online.
