Frequently Asked Questions
Tuition will be removed from eligible students’ accounts by the second day of classes. Since the Bursar's office sends out a billing statement automatically prior to the start of classes, eligible students will still receive a bill prior to your courses beginning. If you want to double-check your eligibility for the semester, please reach out to Guild. If you still have a past due balance after the second day of courses, please reach out to your Arizona Online Student Engagement Specialist or Enrollment Counselor so we can escalate this to our corporate team and ensure everything was processed correctly.
You can always reach out to Guild (see contact information above) to confirm policy guidelines. Generally, Guild will still pay for a withdrawal and even a failed or incomplete course, as long as you were eligible for that session.
First, speak with Guild support team to confirm what majors are eligible through your employer tuition assistance program at Arizona Online. Then, please reach out to your Academic Advisor to discuss changing your major.
Yes, you will still need to apply for admission to the University of Arizona Online. Be sure to work with your corporate enrollment counselor to ensure you apply to an eligible program and so that you can take advantage of the application fee waiver.
It is not required, but it is strongly recommended in case you are eligible for any grants that may apply towards your tuition.
Any grants and scholarships must be applied to the balance first, then the employer is billed the remaining balance.
Pell Grant/Other Financial Aid is applied first, then employer tuition assistance funding, then military funding last.
Always verify your program eligibility with Guild, but generally as long as your primary major is an employer-approved program, you can also complete a minor, double major, or certificate simultaneously.
