So are peer mentors, engagement with a vibrant community of online learners, an interactive resource hub and more. 

Here's a snapshot of what to expect from your personalized success and support team: 

• Student Engagement Specialists: Offer proactive outreach, help students plan for and overcome obstacles, advise both degree- and non-degree seeking students.
• MentorCats: Virtual peer mentorship program designed to help students create impactful relationships across the globe.
• Launch Pad: Interactive onboarding platform and resource hub where Arizona Online students can preview the online classroom environment; access technology tools, tutorials and how-to videos; find resources for financial aid, wellness and career development; and get information for military-connected students.
• Smarter Measure: Accessible via Launch Pad, this is an online learner self-assessment tool and personalized score report that provides curated tips for each student.
• Student Facebook Community: Private student-led Facebook groups of more than 1,500 members where Arizona Online learners connect with peers to share advice, ask questions and support one another.
